- 9:00–9:30 – Drop-off, icebreaker activity
- 9:30–10:15 – Hands-on animal interaction of the day
- 10:15–11:00 – STEM workshop
- 11:00–12:00 – Feeding/Enrichment activity
- 12:00–12:30 – Lunch
- 12:30–1:15 – Exhibit walk-through & species journaling
- 1:15–2:00 – Craft or build project
- 2:00–2:30 – Mini-show & pick-up
Camp Themes. These themes will rotate or change depending on the age of the children. We can also customize them if you would like your children to focus on something in particular.
THEME 1: “Reptiles Around the World: Holiday Edition”
Day 1 – Rainforest Reptiles
- Meet & touch tropical species
- Build a rainforest terrarium
- Learn humidity, temperature, camouflage
Day 2 – Desert Survivors
- Hands-on with bearded dragons, sand boas
- Build a desert micro-habitat
- STEM: Heat retention + animal adaptations
Day 3 – Cold-Blooded Christmas Party
- Holiday-themed enrichment activities
- Christmas scavenger hunt
- Show: “How Animals Survive Winter”
